Lovely place to visit. Very clean and very well presented. £5 to look round mill which is interesting, but dogs not allowed in that area. Light gauge railway station is just over the bridge. A few shops at the mill, we particularly liked the jewellery shop. Good parking
Beautifully preserved and renovated Corn Mill that brings to life a bygone age. Set in a rolling countryside next to a river where it draws its power from via the huge water wheel. We had a great time in the mill. Thought we spend a short time there waiting for the train at the neighbouring light railway but ended up spending over 1 hour with the children enjoying the expansions by the miller and getting engaged in operating the mill and seeing how it all works.

A must visit! Inexpensive, friendly staff and really interesting too. The miller on hand was great giving lots of information and it was great to see the mill working. There was a little trail for the young children too to spot the mice (not real ones!!) A must visit if you're in the area!

Well spaced tables and two floors available allows for social distancing.
Luckily they are dog friendly too!
Lovely place, just wish we'd had more time. Definitely plan a whole day to walk between the villages and look at everything.
Very informative and a rare experience to see a working mill. It was great to chat to the Miller who works on site and the kids got to turn the waterwheel on and help send a sack up through the trapdoor. Dough-making is available at certain times too and the mill products are available to buy in the

We had a lovely cream tea in the cafe after a look around the mill and shop I purchased some flour and have made some lovely bread with it very friendly staff it's well worth the visit
Very interesting exhibition well kept and run. Enjoyed learning about how the mill works in a friendly informative way.
