Northwood:Rude woman taking orders on drive-thru. Told me to "get over myself" when she insisted it was a rule that I had to order 3 munchkins, and I told her I always order 2. They wouldn't tell me her name or have her come to the window. No manager was on duty, and the person at the window didn't know the managers name. There's no longer any such thing as customer service. I went inside because they never did give me my munchkins, and I saw the woman out back ranting and raving. Is that who you want working for you? I live 2 minutes from there but I won't be back.

Poor service. I went into the store, very disorganized, staff doesn't know who is doing what job. I have been here several.times, each time same results. I have witnessed customer asking for.refunds their order took too long.to get.
Update, tired of waiting in long lines for poop service so I tried the mobile app. The app works great, get to the store for.pickup, no food upon arrival. Ask the person behind the counter and get attitude like we hadn't place an order. After a few words found they trashed our mobile order and still had to wait for our food. Can't win here! Not worth the fustration.

Service was getting better, placed an online order and selected types of donuts I want it, only got a few the rest are pretty random

Takes forever to get through the drive through. Stayed in line for 10 minutes before leaving. Line in drive though didn't move at all in that 10 min. Sad for a drive through.

Really shocked me to drive up and see my order on the screen. Nice work!

Closes front counter with no explanation, and then closes two hours early with no explanation, without removing the drive through only sign. I have no idea what catastrophe would cause you to have to close early? or to only be able to serve drive-thru? Bad service.

Waited in a two car line for 15 minutes. They really suck!

Been coming here almost daily for years - service just gets worse day by day. Ordered a midnite black hot coffee - mid-day. Told they didn't have it; asked if they could make some; answer "No!" What?? I said, hey it's on the menu - answer, No! Drive thru is always slow. No way I'll go back.....no concwpt of customers come first

Pulled to speaker 6:30pm tonight. Told they would be right with me. Waited and waited. I asked if they could take my order so i could go home. Savannah said she would be with me but since i was rude she was refusing to wait on me. I drove to window to find 3 people working. Kyle busy pulling donut trays from case and Bradon washing dishes. Kylie and Brandon to busy to take an order? I worked customer service 40+ years and customer pays your paycheck. I waited for Brandon but he wouldn't come to window. He said he likes to hide in the back. My point is three people working and only one person could only fill orders! At the end I DID get rude so they knew what rude was. I have waited from 10-20 minutes during the day and didn't say a word. I will talk to Mark-manager in the A.M.
