Spent 2 lovely nights here at this beautiful location.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Room was spacious and clean,
Although we only stayed 2 Nights the room was cleaned and clean bath towels left
Such a pleasant stay I decided to leave a £10 note in the tip jar when we checked out.
Which is shared with all the Staff.
Overall both my wife and I were Very pleased with our visit.
Will definitely be back in 2024.
Wow! A BIG fat wow! This place really is something else. We visited for the first time this weekend. Staff were attentive. So helpful and cheerful. The food was served on hot plates. So delicious. Extremely clean. Basically bent over backwards. Even the dog enjoyed his visit. Will definitely recommend you guys! Thank you for your hospitality
I went here for a last minute birthday dinner, and I’m so glad I did! The staff were amazing, the restaurant was lovely, and the food was impeccable! They even brought me a glass of Prosecco for my birthday which was a very lovely touch. I’ve already told several people that they need to pay a visit for exceptional service and food. Thank you, I will be back soon
Stayed 1 night visiting friends and family. Clean room and very comfortable.. very reasonably priced for 2 and breakfast included for £115 on Saturday night stay. The food was raster and excellent quality for the money. Superb tasting food. I paid £104 for 2 course Sunday roast beef and desert with coffee and 3 pints included. Great staff , service and a beautiful 16 Century Cosy pub! Try it. You will be amazed! 😉

Brilliant find, we visited twice, first Sunday roast, very good brilliant portion size and the roast veg is done well I liked that it was diced carrots and parsnips, secondly we ate, whitebait i wish there were slightly more pieces, the chicken dish was again very well sized and cooked well and to finish amazing chocolate brownie I liked it was in a slice perfect nice and gooey, thank you I highly recommend
From the minute we arrived there was a good feel about the place. Greeted by the landlord as he was changing his flower tubs . Evening meal was superb, at very affordable prices ( pork chop nearly defeated me ) The accommodation top quality. One very small issue the shower room needs a bit of work . But I would highly recommend the Buck .
Lovely 2 night stay. Breakfast 1st class as was the evening meal. Would stay there again if we were visiting Norwich area. Stayed there to visit people in Cromer area but a bit far out with all the road works out there.
First time for many years. Really impressed. Had a lovely lunch with friends. Good menu choice. Food very well presented. Tasty. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend and definitely come again
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. Food was great. We stayed in room three and this was spacious and accommodating plus very comfortable.
There’s decent parking which is good because local taxis are a small fortune!
We went with our 2yr old and in particular a lady serving breakfast interacted with him so kindly, he really enjoyed her attention.
