Me and my Partner actually got together at the Pizza Hut in Longwater so it's kind of special to us. 7 years later and we're still frequently going back for more.
The food is good, you get unlimited drinks and salad. You can't go wrong.
Relaxed atmosphere and services wasn't rushed even though busy, even packed my daughters uneaten pizza for her to take him.
Lovely meal. They asked us to order via the app by scanning a QR code, it became a bit tricky as the kids kept changing their minds but the waitress was lovely and took our order for us to remove any frustration. Lovely pizzas, however we did note that a lot of choices have gone or are not available anymore and there was not as much choice on the salad bar, there wasn't even any tomatoes. It was only a minor gripe though. We haven't been since pre pandemic, I was shocked at how much it had gone up in price, costing around £35-£45 more for a family of 5 than we had previously paid. While lovely, it will have to be a rare treat.
This place was great, decided as a last minute to have some dinner and eat out and turned into a date night for us. Was really good and enjoyable. Had not been to a pizza hut for some time so was good to see how things had changed.
Very nice Pizza restaurant with family-friendly food options. When busy it can be a little too much as kids are screaming and being disgusting but the rest of the time you can find yourself a tasty meal in a comfortable establishment.
Standard pizza hut that sells pizza and other stuff. Easy to park. Order and pay via app from table. Help yourself to salad- choice is a bit limited. Food was ready without too long to wait. All hot and tasty. Tried the flatbread and it was more than substantial although too much Rocket. Small bottle of water ridiculously expensive at £3. Glasses and cutlery could do with a better wash. Staff were friendly enough though didn't see much of them now it's all done via the app. Overall was not too bad for a quick and easy bite too eat.
Service was quick - bloke that served us was good. Food was tasty except the salad isn’t stored properly and isn’t fresh - this is backed up by previous reviews that I read b4 coming. The thin crust is way better value - deep pan is too small and way 2 greasy / not worth the £15 or so that they charge. My pizza was wrong so it was swiftly changed to the correct toppings of ham, pineapple and peppers. The student discount is a must use if you’ve got it.
Unfortunately, the corn on the cons don’t come with butter which was a shame.
Food was good. Presently surprised. The new ordering system of doing it yourself online was annoying and took longer than the traditional way. I imagine the staff hate it also as I can't imagine many people tip them now. Staff were friendly and polite.
Got very expensive now as well. Pizza doesn't cost a lot to make so not sure why they cost £17
Like to eat in, nice place to eat with family, the staff were friendly and smile.
It's banging in here for everything a pizza hut needs.
Help yourself to the salad cart...Oh yes, please!
Reasonable enough prices would you believe.
Of course I highly recommend this place
