Wig & Pen - Norwich - Photo album

Location is nice with parking nearby, food selection was more designed for a lunch rather than a dinner but was still very good for a Pub. Members of staff were very kind and friendly but service was slow, would return but no rush to go there for food
First time we've visited the Wig & Pen. Amazing food with great service. Reasonably priced and good range of beers. Highly recommend their Sunday roast. We had roast beef and roast chicken and it was excellent. Also recommend their steak n' ale pie with veg. Superb! Will definitely visit again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food reasonably priced. Quick service. And dog friendly too. I can highly recommend it. The burger was moist and meaty and the fish batter golden and crispy. Delicious meal.
Lovely pub with friendly staff, great food and a nice atmosphere. The fish and chips were excellent. Highly recommended.
Really lovely older pub near the cathedral. I visited in the evening and there were plenty of people but the service was quick and it wasn't too loud at all. You can either sit inside or outside depending on the weather and how you feel. I had the fish and chips which arrived quickly. It was really
Fantastic!! Amazing!!! Brilliant place, the food was outstanding and the service was second to none. The staff could not do enough to help us tonight, the food portions were fantastic. We had to ask for a take away box for the chilli nachos as the portion size was amazing. Thank you for an amazing n
Last minute choice for Sunday lunch. Service was exceptional with table service and hello with an allergy. Real ales on tap. Roast dinner looked great. Steak and ale pie very moreish. Desserts were even better - rhubarb and apple crumble had a toasty crunch topping and smooth custard. Excellent val
We tried this pub for the first time on Sunday for food and drinks. The service was excellent and friendly, with a good choice of beers and local ales. We both had Sunday roast which was superb and definitely the best I have had for a long time. We will definitely be back!
Pie and fish and chips, pint of IPA and a medium Sauvignon, £41 - look no further! Fabulous inside (as far as we went) and lovely outside seating place. The pie was a major event all on its own. Highly recommended.
Great service and beer. The food was good too but their roast potatoes seem to be deep fried.
