I always love this restaurant but last time I tried the favourites board, the calamari sharing board which I did not find nice as compared to the price. Also the smoked salmon pesto risotto was not too good. But I always liked the pizza and pasta varieties here and they offer good deals. May be this time the choices were not good.
First time at this restaurant in Norwich, situated right by the beautiful Cathedral, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Lovely setting and a friendly welcome, we were seated quickly and our drinks order taken. We chose the three course menu and there was plenty of choice too. The food was really good and service prompt even though they were quite busy when we arrived. The staff were all lovely too. My king prawn starter and seabass main were delicious, as was the lemon cheesecake dessert I chose. My husband loved his calamari starter and pizza main course, and he had the black cherry mascarpone cheesecake for dessert. The cocktails were fab as well, strawberry daiquiri and raspberry mojito, and the raspberry and elderflower cider was really refreshing as well. Top marks for all staff, we had a lovely experience at this restaurant and will definitely return! Thank you.
Amazing food! We had the new Fonduta Board as a starter. Nice selection and different flavours which worked well. I had a Ravioli Di Capra which was delicious! Would 100% Recommend! 💕
Lovely Italian restaurant in the heart of Norwich that offers a lot of well prepared and mouth-watering dishes. Also with highly efficient and good-natured staff to make your visit a good one. 👍🏾

So pleased with the staff service. I came with best friend hungry though it’s closed but we’ve been still taken in and served. Very professional even though it was Saturday late evening service was very welcoming and food delicious!! Leave thumb up if You find it helpful 👍🏽☺️
Really good Zizzi in Norwich Tombland. Food and service both very good. Recommended.
I had an awesome experience at Zizzi. We didn’t have a reservation but we still got seated in less than 5 minutes. The staff members are all lovely and have good customer service. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food and the food was great. It was my first time having the casareccia pollo piccante with a piccante drink as well; the combination was amazing! The price is relatively okay for a good restaurant in Norwich. I’d definitely recommend Zizzi.
Visited as a quick second choice after a bad experience at another restaurant. Were advised that we only had an hour and 10 mins until closing but they were happy to accommodate us. Food come within about 20 minutes, was piping hot and tasted really good. Staff were friendly and helpful despite our late entry. Kids menu is reasonably priced also and son loved it. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
We had a great evening, the first time we have been in a few years. The food and service was great. There was a man with glasses (possibly the manager) who was very attentive and helpful. We will be back more often.
