First time user of this restaurant having moved to norfolk last year.
Easy online booking.
Warm welcome on arrival and even though we were 30 mins early this was no issue.

One of life’s treats, lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff and beautiful food, lunchtimes never get any better.

I love the Exchange. Great fresh food most of which is also offered gluten-free. The pizza is scrumptious. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Great atmosphere and definitely worth a visit.
My husband and I had a great lunch here - the food was excellent and the service was very attentive. Will be back to try more of the yummy food.
Had lunch there on Sunday. An excellent roast. Pork with crackling, a good and plentiful selection of vegetables including cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pud and plenty of gravy all served with a smile. Very good value. Will go again.
The exchange is a great addition to the city centre... Relaxed but with a bit of glamour! Lovely food and the staff are excellent, very professional and incredibly friendly.....
The Exchange is only three weeks into its new look. It used to be the Metro and in that guise it appealed to the common folk of Norwich to the extent one could hardly ever find a table to sit at. The new name Exchange is quite pertinent as Jarolds' clearly want to exchange their old client base for
