Im coeliac so always worry about where to eat as not everyone caters for me. They had a complete gluten free menu and offered suggestions to alter the regular menu so i had so much choice. The food was incredible. Will def be back
Had a lovely meal at the Norwich place. The food was great and the service was good if you understand the concept of it coming out at different times. I would rather it that way so it's not getting dried out under heat lamps. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well done to you all.
Overall great time. Just a couple things I think were not too great. There weren’t many staff around and it was hard to find someone to ask questions about the food or order. We were sat almost 10mins before someone came over to take our order. And I think they could have been friendlier when they approached us. Nevertheless the food was good and the vibe was great too.

Wow, the vegan Shu's Shiok Jackfruit tastes phenomenal! I'm a truly stuffed and satisfied vegan, this is super good. A hearty warming, colorful and vibrant bowl where heaps of chilli spice and paste are a fantastic combo.
I took a whim and trusted the kind servers fantastic recommendation, it was a safe bet for sure! I also tried out the Yasai Dumplings which weren't bad, I'd love a bit more matcha and shitaake filling if possible.
A nice chilled vibe and clean modern eatery makes the place an always go-to for me and a purpose to actually eat here when on trips to the UK to be honest.
Wagamamas is awesome, love the style, efficiency, service and delicious menu which caters a great amount of pan Asian fusion dishes for vegans, veggies etc. This joint always has something to offer for everyone, I love it!
I would love if Wagamamas can invest in good reusable chopsticks (I ended up using my own) to help prevent unnecessary recycling and the single use ones are garbage.

Been to this branch a couple of times, and staff always friendly and helpful, and the food is good quality and reasonable priced. Atmosphere is good and not too nousy. A nice spot too!
Bubbly atmosphere and nice setup. All the staff are lovely and helpful, but sometimes hard to get their attention to order or ask something. The food is delicious, not authentic cuisine but a bit of a fusion. And it's all cooked fresh and tastes great. Lots of options also.
I have ordered a takeaway from this place twice now. Both times the services has been a 10/10. The staff are so kind and don’t like to keep you waiting. We waited 15 minutes for our food to be ready and they gave us two free drinks and two free pieces of cake for waiting. The staff really care about their customers and do their upmost to make sure your food is perfect!!! Oh and the food, PERFECT!
I do love this place I am up to testing all sorts of different dishes from menu, and for now I am not disappointed and I will update this post if I need to. Bad side of that place at least for me You probably will sit with strangers (they seemed to be always busy) and I am not a person who enjoy stuff like this. But also food is brilliant so I can take it. Also service bit slow not from kitchen side as they were quick with my order I mean waiting for waitress. I think I have waited longer for waitress then for my food 😁 4 stars and I will be back for more delicious food.
Amazing people, amazing food, and amazing atmosphere. It's always worth the wait, and the food is consistently stunning. My partner and I both agree that Wagamamas is one of our all time favourite restaurants, and the Norwich branch is easily one of the best. If you haven't tried it already, then try it now! It's worth it!
Amazing food with friendly staff. It Doesn't get much better than that!
Eaten here and always enjoyed so I tried their home delivery service yesterday and I must say I was very surprised how hot the food arrived and it came in the cutest little eco earth friendly re-usable bowls too.
Everything arrived on time and tasted great ,thank you again Wagamamas
