Adam & Eve Norwich - Norwich - Photo album

Norwich’s oldest pub. Estimated that it was founded in the 1200s. The indoor area is quite small and dogs are not accepted. You can sit with your dog at the outside tables. They have a nice selection of beers.
Allegedly second oldest pub in England! Did not have food but the drinks were good! Norwich Cathedral is walking distance be sure to visit
This small, wonderful, historical pub is located in Bishopgate, close to Norwich Cathedral, the Great Hospital, and Norwich Law Courts. It is widely claimed to be the oldest pub in the city, with the earliest known reference made in 1249. The staff were great, helpful friendly, and keen to chat abou
What a gorgeous pub, soaked in history. The staff were lovely and we only got large chips but they were proper chips. Hand cut, served crisp and not greasy. Lovely setting, so quaint. We'll be back
Lovely old pub , nice food a little pricey but to be expected for a city pub and the oldest one at that.
Had to have a pint in the oldest pub in Norwich. Quaint, beautiful building with lots of original features. Nice atmosphere and beautiful flowers decorating the whole front. X
The Adam and Eve public house is conveniently situated next to a car park close to Norwich Cathedral. The sign proudly proclaims that it is possibly the oldest pub in Norwich. So after visiting the Cathedral it was nice to stop and enjoy a hot chocolate with an added shot of Woods Demerara Rum.
Lovely cosy pub! Would obviously recommend people to come over..... It might not be huge and full of party animals but a perfect place for a calm pub might, date night or outing with your loved ones! 💛💛💛💛
A small but lovely pub, close to the river and cathedral with adequate parking. Great local beers on tap
Pretty cool place. Its not real big, but its nice for a pint and to sit outside and enjoy it. Big car park right next to it too, which is handy.
Visited from Canada. It's not everyday that you can have a brew and great meal in an establishment dating back over 700 years. Rita was charming and so welcoming as were her patrons. Rita made sure that this would be a visit I would not forget and this was definitely the pub highlight of my visit. N
Lovely old pub with great photos of Norwich on the wall from back in the day. Staff were friendly.
Good selection of beer on tap, lovely little building and outside area. Like lots of Norwich, it’s old dontyaknow?, but it is very nice. Ps very friendly staff
An old pub in an old city! It's a very small, compact pub next to one of the cathedrals. Sunday roast for a veggie was excellent and service friendly.
This place was anticipated to be the highlight of my visit to the UK, and it did not disappoint. My favorite things in life are pubs, friends and historic buildings. This place had all three, and was even better than I’d hoped. The atmosphere was lively and extremely friendly, and the beer selection
Lovely setting and a real pub. Lovely staff and a decent selection of beers. Can imagine its a wonderful summer experience.
Very nice lunch of Mac and cheese and chip bowls with chilli and scampi for three of us. Not sure which staff were on with some of these reviews as we found everyone to be very friends. Good food and beer. Had to sit outside as inside wasn’t open but weather was nice so not an issue
