What is this sorcery?!
This pistachio bun took me back to my childhood in the Philippines.
Summertime. Sitting outside our house after playing around. Waiting for the ice cream man and his cart. You know he’s coming because you can hear his little hand bell ringing from afar. He comes and I pick the ube ice cream which he stuffs inside a milk bun and then sprinkles it with a come icing sugar. We call it “Bilog”.
Wow. It was a very hard internal fight not to buy them all.
I felt warm inside with every single bite.

Props to the guy who gave us a side plate for my husband’s croissant. These kinds of attention to detail and customer service (aside from serving the best coffee in norwich) is what makes us come back. ☕️
I got a latte and two bags of coffee from here. The latte was exceptional with a very nutty flavour (forgot to ask what bean they used for it). I also got the Antwerp and Mexico beans from them which I've not yet tried but have high expectations of.
Heard a lot of good things so thought I would check this place out! Mocha and chocolate orange cake were lovely, there wasn't a lot of seating available but managed to grab a seat as I was solo. Best to come with friends, much more of a socialable atmosphere than I expected, which is a good thing! Due to the seating shortage, it's a "laptop free area" - I had planned to read but didn't stick around too long as I didn't want to occupy seating for too long. Will be coming back with friends :)
The coffee at Kofra is quite pleasant. It does have a slightly fruity note, indicative of a higher acidity, possibly due to the use of arabica beans. However, the overall experience is great, and the staff are not only friendly but also quite knowledgeable about coffee.
Really good cup of coffee here. Nice seating and in nice quiet area so not too packed. Staff friendly and nice ambience.
The barista is so friendly and really welcoming, after asking for an americano, they kindly let me have a taste test of one of the coffee profiles they offer. The americano I had was really nice, and the coconut macaron is delicious! I'll definitely be back at some time!!
The best coffee in town. The rhubarb crumble cake is divine. The staff are lovely. The music is good. The place is inviting. It's a destination for me when I go to Norwich.

Great coffee, service, and atmosphere. The decaf they have on batch brew is outstanding. Can't wait to go back and buy some beans to take home.
We popped into town and saw KOFRA. We thought we could sit in and have a coffee, we was welcomed by a barista called Abz and not only was the experience fantastic but he went out his way to help us find the right coffee for us to take home & sold us a brilliant wine! Shout out to Abz and kofra for being legendary 😍🩷
