This is a large venue. It often has entertainment. There's a book corner and games. The garden is huge and great in warm weather. I go there am. For crossword club. Ideal venue. Coffee is good too.
Been here a few times , wasn't a fan of the chunky chips !! , but they seem to be a thing of the past , food is reasonably priced , we had , scampi and chips , fish and chips , full English and the burger and chips , all were very good , as was the service đ
First time visiting the cella house and we really enjoyed it. Food was fantastic so was the service. There was a group of us celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. Value for money, Will definitely be back đŻ
Wonderfully dog and people friendly pub pub. Had the best vegetarian breakfast my friend said the same about his full English. Laura the barmaid and all the staff lovely. A special thank u 2 the chef. Will definitely return
Great beer, atmosphere and food, couldn't ask for more. At a recent visit I had one of the best ribeye steaks I have ever had, in fact it was so good I had to come back again to make sure! đ
Needed to feed my university son a proper meal, this pub is perfect, excellent servic, fantastic large tasty roast dinner & make sure you order the deep fried stuffing balls they are the bees knees so scrumptious. 5 mins from UEA great for feeding a starving student..

Long standing pub offering good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Interior decor in the main bar is contemporary and the pub also houses a post office provision. Popped in for the first time yesterday to meet a friend and was pleasantly surprised itâs a nice clean pub and a good selection of beers, wines and cocktails. We decided to have lunch as well and the food was delicious and reasonably priced too would definitely recommend a visit and nice beer garden
Very efficient clean and on the ball. Was our Ruby wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday. Service excellent, food brilliant. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Bonus was entertainment on and our erra 70s,80s and 90s. Which was a bonus. Will definitely visit again.. Thank you all.

Stumbled on this place by chance. So glad I did. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The food was very good & reasonably priced + a choice of cask ales. What's not to like.
If you're after quirky... the pub/restaurant has a post office inside.
