First time going here. Hadn't planned on going here but we were in a rush, the service was quick and the staff are so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! So glad we went there and we plan to return very soon. The chicken satay burger was unreal, 10/10.

Took my family a couple of Saturdays ago and had the best time. The team made us feel so welcome from the first moment we arrived, until we left. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was gobsmackingly good. Definitely will be returning soon! Thanks everyone 👌
Great service from start to finish and very friendly staff. Laszlo our waiter was fab , food amazing compliments to our chef Aaron i had the blue cheese burger and fries . Best burger ever !! Will definitely be returning soon 👍
The highlight of this place is milkshades. If you want a really good milkshade, this is the place to go. They are thick and heavy.
Apart from that, Chicken Tenders are very good, you can lick your fingers off. I feel that the burger was the weakest point of the lunch, but it was still a great burger
First of all I am a big fan of burgers. I moved to Norwich about 2 months ago and it was time to order a nice burger so I did. They are making the best burgers and I don't even want to try other burgerers in Norwich. Here is how they are treated me:
Food was absolutely amazing! Chicken was brilliant and so was the beef burgers.
Had a relaxing dinner with great service and atmosphere.

I came in and asked for Tap Water as I just got my phone repaired at Apple at the Chantry Mall next door, and couldn’t use contactless and I had to walk home to get some ID for them as I don’t drive, and I was exhausted, and a chap called Luke was more then happy to help me I’ll remember him Thank y
Such good food. Had the loaded beef burger, so juicy!!! Got the Passionfruit and Vanilla drink, delicious! The one thing I didn't enjoy much was the skinny fries, they were so skinny, if they were a little thicker, they'd be amazing. Would recommend
Lovely food and great service. The blue cheese burger and chunky chips were delicious. Highly recommended
The food was lovely. but the service was incredibly slow. Staff were very friendly, it just took too long to be served. I appreciate it was relatively busy, but even so we shouldn't have been kept waiting for as long as we were.

A little pricey compared to other burger options but you pay for the good quality. If you have the extra to spare for a meal its definitely worth it. The fries are so good!
A really nice place, If you go after 5pm the food will be cheeper. After 5pm you can buy a meal deal for 10£ which is alot cheeper than buying everything separately. I put 4stars because I felt the other GBK place I went in Cambridge had nicer food, but overall it is a nice place to go for a meal. F
This is the best GBK I have ever been to in the country, comparing it to the many sites I've been to in London.
