Went there for the first time ever. Not knowing what to expect, I asked a few questions about their food and sauces, but unfortunately, there was little to no experience with explanation about their products, chicken was not breast it was from the thighs so wasn't a good quality choice. First time going to Nando's yesterday and I enjoyed it. Service was quick, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I had the lemon & herb butterfly chicken, spicy rice and chips. Portion size was good too. Will definitely come back again

Went on Friday evening and even though it was very busy only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Food was surprisingly quick, well cooked and very friendly staff. Table etc all clean
Can get very busy. But has got a good seating capacity and friendly staff. Food is great a big fan of their sauces.
Best Nando's setting in Norwich ,far nicer venue than the Riverside location.

We visit sometimes as a family (normally after a day trip and can't face cooking/washing up). Always well looked after and the food is as expected. Well cooked, piping hot.
Chicken is amazing as always, the sauces make the big difference. Service is fast and also quite easy. Prices are not that high either.
What can I say it's a Nandos. Always good. But for whatever reason, you've never been as you've been under a rock dead easy to order. Get your table. Remember the number go to the till order or use the app. If you have a blue light card, etc. you can use it too.
Fast and efficient service for a saturday night! Had the famous Fino Pitta medium, chicken was juicy and full of flavour.

Visited a few times now and can say it has been very pleasant every time, the staff are helpful, happy and always making sure you have everything you need.
It does get very busy, there is never a long wait to be seated though which is great.
It’s a Nando’s! It’s always great, but be warned if you’re ordering for takeaway the quality isn’t always the same. There have been times where the chicken thighs I ordered were really small, it’s always better in person.
Beautiful restaurant and such lovely staff. Ordered a grilled chicken burger and it was incredible. Definetely will come again and would recommend.
