My daughter (2 years old) called in for a quick snack and drink. It was very clean and plenty of high chairs available.
I grabbed a coffee and absolutely delicious hot bacon and Brie panini.
The service was quick and friendly, they brought everything to the table!

Delicious muffin milkshakes with the best muffins we've ever tasted. The caramel muffin milkshake is devine! They could try to use (more) milk in the shake instead of crushed ice, especially for the raspberry muffin shake. Service was okay, tables were clean.

I arrived rather late today and Jasmine had already turned off the machines and started to close down. Despite this her customer service was impeccable! A nice place to take a little break from your shopping. Very convenient location. Good selection of delicious muffins, interesting flavours available around Christmas. It also sells sandwiches, and hot and cold drinks. Plenty of seats available. Usually not too crowded so very comfortable.
Superb chocolate orange hot chocolate along with raspberry crumble muffin!! Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Recommended!!
To be honest it's not my usual go to coffee stop ....
But I found myself there on a Sunday morning to use up 30 mins whilst waiting for the Boots Chemist to open.
I did order a coffee as part of a breki deal and was most pleasantly surprised.

Always go to B&B when shopping in Norwich for great coffee and the best muffins I've ever tasted! Such a vast selection of flavours and so delicious! Now have to deliver one to my sister and mum every time!
The service was great. The coffee was very average, too much milk in it. The iced tea was made as instructed and was good. The sitting area is also very nice
This rating is for 3.15pm on Boxing Day afternoon. The *one* assistant was working quickly to make drinks and food - her colleague was in the stock room (fair enough). Floors tidy, tables clean, sufficient products available considering they will close about 5pm.
Whilst not 'up there' with some of the independent coffee shops in Norwich, Bb's is reasonably priced and the food and drink are relatively decent. I love the seating away from the cafe (complete with the parasols), it's still indoors but makes you feel that you're outside!
A lovely coffee shop situated in the castle mall in norwich city centre. Located on the 2nd floor. Very friendly staff. They offer a range of cakes, muffins, sandwiches and hot food. The seating area was very clean and tidy, while offering a pleasant ombiance.
Got served by this lovely women called jasmin. She was really polite, made sure I had everything I wanted and was very well dressed. Defently coming back. Lovely staff! Always gone to bb in Castle mall because the place is nicer and feel more comfortable instead of being round loads of peope walking
Love this place . Just feel could do with more variety & staff need to listen when u ask for something hotter than normal. Lack off feeling welcome from your staff. Second time experience this such a shame
