I visit Waterstones quite regularly. This week we went to 2 "meet the author" events. They were very good and great fun.. Waterstones always has a great selection of books, and the staff are always polite, and helpful.
A little warm but other than that, love a waterstones. Great selection of books, cafe inside. There is a lift, escalator to go up, stairs to go down. Lovely staff, helpful when you can't find what you want.

Great selection of new fiction books as well as the old classics. There's a large kids section, a manga/anime section and a home/gifts corner. Upstairs has a big range of non-fiction and a cafe. Always a great place for a wonderful selection of books. Not just what you want but also great ideas and advice for other texts to delve in to. Have a drink and a bite to eat and just soak in the knowledge 🤗
Love Waterstones great books and the cafe is a perfect place to read a book and have a coffee and cake!
A haven of tranquility in the heart of Norwich, browse the bookshelves to your hearts content and then a visit to the cafe where the staff are friendly and helpful with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Well worth a visit.
