We had the most wonderful time here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff are so friendly. The cats are the no.1 priority and seem very happy and well cared for. If you're a cat lover, then you are going to love it here. Highly recommended.
What a great place! A must visit for cat lovers, beautifully done out for both cats & humans! The cats are so friendly & I got plenty of cuddles! The staff are lovely & friendly too! It was nice to chat to other people who love cats! The coffee is good too. Just Purrfect! 😻
Wonderful experience the staff is absolutely lovely and there are so many cats! I got a tea and they use real tea leaves and was delicious! Very affordable and will be visiting again soon!!
Just visited for the first time and loved it.
Lots of happy cats in a unique, whimsical setting very comfy for cats and visitors too with a selection of sofas plus table and chairs.
Hot and cold drinks on offer ,cakes too.
Really relaxed zen atmosphere I felt so calm on our visit .

I thought it was brilliant, great atmosphere, very spacious, lots of different variety of different breed cats, all very beautiful I may add, had coffee ☕️ tea 🫖 an cupcake 🧁 which were vegan 👌 an delicious 😋 had a great time, so glad we have this cat 🐈 lounge in Norwich. I will b visiting again Sun
I had the loveliest times today! My boyfriend booked me a last minute ticket as I was sad and missing my own cats. Best idea ever! The staff is wonderful and the cats adorable 🥰 I will come back again for events and the lounge sessions! 10/10
The Cat House is a wonderful cafe , lovely welcoming staff, yummy cakes and best of all some beautiful cats all with their own unique personalities. Highly recommend a visit 🐱
Today was my first visit to the cat house.. the ambience is very chilled and calming, whilst the cats added a wonderful playfulness!
It’s clear to see they are all very content and well looked after.

What a great place! Owner and staff very friendly and the drinks & cake were excellent.
Cats very well cared for and the range of beds, hiding places and toys available to the cats is fantastic. The 90 minutes flew by and we had a awesome time with so many different cats!
