Costa Coffee - Norwich - Photo album

Usual Saturday aftet shopping. Service is always amazing, food and drinks are too. But today...wow the salted caramel frappe is the best one l have ever had. It was perfect. I cant remember the name of the guy that made it but he needs to be complimented. Thank you for making my lunch more enjoyable
Good food and excellent service. One of the staff took time out to show me how the app on my phone works, thanks for that. Well worth a visit if you are on Sweet Briar or in the area.
Nice staff with a good place to sit. Parking with many spaces.
Great coffee, really nice staff. Enough said
An ideally suited coffee shop within the Costa franchise but very busy drafty ( if you sit anywhere near the door in winter ) and always ques out of the door even though they have 2 working coffee machines. Something which really got my attention and I haven’t seen done at other Costa Stores but is
Absolutely love this place. My social worker and I go for coffee afternoons here and food is always on top and coffee or whatever I drink is amazing would reccomend
Great service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

As usual staff friendly with lots of smiles and nd café clean and tidy.
Uniform Costa experience as far as the coffee goes, perfectly acceptable. As it goes, this is a nice branch. The interior is spacious and bright and there is plenty of seating available. It could do with a couple more staff at busy times though as there can be quite a wait and they sometimes look
Always greeted with a friendly face. Fast service and super coffee. Great that the soya milk alternative is at no extra cost now too! Can get busy at times, but you can usually find somewhere to sit is you're nit taking out.
Nice large space, comfy seating by the windows and extra seating outside for fine weather days. Small selection of food that's quite honestly way over priced but the coffee (and large selection of other beverages) is good quality and priced about the same as other coffee chains. Worth a visit when s
