There is one member of staff here I do not know his name, has tattoo below eye and cool ear rings.
He really is exceptional!! I’m sat here with my coffee watching the guy and listening. He knows his customers so well. He spends time talking with them all. Everyone loves him. People like this are rar
Update: DOG FRIENDLY INSIDE AND OUT!! Plenty of outdoor seating also available with bowls of water.
They also offer gluten free oat milk, so I can finally enjoy a coeliac iced flat white - thank you Nero for always reliably stocking the gluten free oat milk!!
Absolutely love this place, the staff are always happy and strive to make sure everything perfect, seating arrangement is perfect for comfort, food is very good and the staff are always happy to help if you want to customize your order. 100% recommend this place.

Lovely cafe with really friendly staff and great atmosphere. Staff members went out of their way to give us the best experience. Cafe also has a nice village atmosphere. Sandwiches were basic and tasted good, if a little expensive for what they were.
It's a great place for chilling out with a nice coffee.
I've been going here for a couple years now and every time I've been the staff have been polite and very friendly, the food and drinks have been made to an excellent standard and the atmosphere has been calm and work friendly.

The hot chocolate was unpalatable but the pesto chicken in lattice was delectable!
Early morning and everything was warm fresh, straight out of the oven - great service, so friendly, and I had great company (Paulina). Not my scene until recently but now a bit of a convert thanks to Paulina. Recommend Oat milk in your coffee and I had a raisin swirl, really nice - can recommend the

Very friendly staff and clean venue. Parking isn’t great, but you can make it work if you’re patient. Food and drinks are ace with vegan options too.

Came in for my first ever too good to go today at about 6pm, absolutely rate it for anyone. Food was great, I didn't expect to receive as much as I did so it definitely didn't disappoint especially for just £3, and the staff were super friendly and chatty with me :) thanks guys! <3

Absolutely love Unthank road branch. Staff is so friendly, i am always greeted with a smile. Especially Denisa who knows how I love my coffee and she never dissapoints. Good vibes,great coffee,amazing staff.
Been wanting to try the Unthank Road Caffe Nero for a while,but usually have my dog in tow so wasn't sure.

Lovely coffee. Often v friendly service. Good loyalty scheme. Great pastries. Now also doing guest coffee so you can ring the changes, but would have to be exceptional to beat the house coffee. Always nice place to be.
I love Cafe Nero, staff are awesome super friendly drinks are just right, if only they did a monthly service like Pret, I would go all the while then :)
Great food and drinks. The staff are lovely and helpful. Great atmosphere and the air-conditioning was a god send in the heat wave! Definitely worth a visit!
