We’ve been needing such place in Norwich for years. So bored of going to bars and clubs because it’s the only thing to do in Norwich. So excited for this place, I can see it being Norwich’s new biggest thing!

Really nice food, drinks and shisha. Really good selection of shisha flavours and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I had halloumi, salad and chips and really nice shisha. I really like the outside seating area with roof and plants sitting ace inside and outside. I went in daytime so it was not busy which was nice and this is the only place in Norwich for shisha, so I was so happy as I travelled from Bury St Edmunds to visit Norwich for first time.
We ordered the loaded fries and the buttermilk jerk burger and both were delicious but a little on the salty side. The orange shisha had a mild but pleasant flavour. The DJ was pretty questionable and the music was very very loud.
Toho is the best bar in Norwich, for my 19th Birthday they went all out for it. The bar staff were very friendly and accommodating especially with the flaming Lamborghini they made on the house.
Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, fair pricing and tasty food. Shisha is good too, if you want to feel like your holiday come here and sit outside. Not many places like it especially in Norwich.
Parking wise it's small area but few roads down it's parking from 630pm onwards so always can go there.

To start with, let me first say that my experience at TOHO was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine desire to make my visit a memorable one.
The atmosphere of the place was just perfect, it was cozy and had a relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease. The lighting was well thought out, and the music was just the right volume, creating a perfect ambiance for dining, drinking and smoking shisha.
The menu at TOHO was impressive, with a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from, all prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. The food was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented, and the drinks were expertly crafted, with a wide selection of wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
But what really set TOHO apart was its customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions I had. They made me feel at home, and their warm hospitality was truly appreciated.
Overall, I would highly recommend TOHO to anyone looking for a fantastic dining, drinking and shisha experience. The combination of great food, expertly crafted drinks and exceptional customer service make it a must-visit destination. I can't wait to go back!
Only place in Norwich for a shisha. Good food and drinks. Music and vibes are 10/10 at the weekend.
On arrival the parking was available and spacey. On entrance we were meet with much cheer and happiness. The options available for Shiah’s are exceptional. Really nice atmosphere some nice heat. My only mention is the frequency of the Christmas lights should be a slower more mellow pace this would encourage more visitors.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday night in October. Despite not booking and it being really busy the excellent waiting staff quickly cleared us a table and had us sat down in a few minutes. We ordered a watermelon shisha, jerk bbq chicken wings, loaded fries and several gin and tonics. The service was prompt, food was delicious and the g’n’t’s perfect. The place has a lovely atmosphere, chilled and relaxed but also with a nice buzz about the place. If you do come here though you have to have a shisha, they’re smooth, delicately flavoured and prepared with passion by your dedicated shisha waiter. Lovely to find a genuine shisha experience in Norwich, enjoy.
The atmosphere here is amazing, the staff are nothing but lovely and kind and don’t even get me started on the food. It is to die for, the fat chips are out of this world and the wings are amazing and the homemade coleslaw I could just buy a tub of it on its own. The best shisha bar in the whole of Norwich.
😯 OMG if you like waffles you have got to try the freshly made waffles made by Jane, they are AMAZING!!! Better than Sundae Gelato & I'm a big fan of there's. I Love this place, there's always a good atmosphere and vibe. The staff are all polite and up for a laugh. The manager Jayne is an absolute legend ⭐She always make sure everyone is happy and got everything they want she makes the BEST Cappacino 😁👍The shisha is always top notch and there food is amazing too. You have got to try there home made chips 😍 Loving the new layout. Thank you Toho Team❤️
