Unusual name for a coffee shop and that itself made me want to pay a visit. Nice interiors with good seating space, lots of greenery and good lighting. The coffee options were interesting and we went for the dark chocolate mocha, amazing hot chocolate and latte along with a gluten free brownie and Bakewell tart slices. The coffee didn't disappoint but the brownie was a bit high on the sweetness scale and the Bakewell tart was dry which was a bit disappointing. Staff member was helpful and friendly.

A mix of coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages, with some good options for food and cakes. Gluten free is available. Mocha was delicious. Quite a small cafe, but the decor was great and very unique

Really enjoyed a quick lunch and coffee. Decent latte and a lovely bacon and egg bagel. Quick and friendly service. Nice spacious interior unlike some places close by.

The coffee is good, but not the best as compared with some others.
However, the food is really really lovely and simple! The sausage roll is definitely ones of the nicest if not the nicest I’ve had. I’ve tried all their salads and they are nice and light. The bagels with toppings are delicious too.
The interior is quite cozy although sometimes a little bit dark for me personally, but I can see what they were going for so it’s worth seeing and worth going to. It’s a perfect location too. The service is always nice, never had any issues.

I had a lovely meal and a nice coffee; however, one of our order was the wrong coffee and after explaining that to the waitress, a waiter came round and gave it and when we attempted to explain that he replied this is your machiatto and walked off.
Aside from that questionable service, the food and coffee was great.

Lovely place with tonnes of room inside. You'd never suspect it to have so much from the outside! The coffee is delicious, I'm very partial to a white or milk chocolate mocha, and the staff are so welcoming, friendly and lovely.

We recently held one of our Good Egg Entrepreneur events at Rabbit. Thank you so much to Claire for having and looking after us. If you are looking for a good spot to have a coffee or light lunch - this is it. PS: The sausage rolls are to die for!

A really lovely cafe with a pretty interior. The sausage rolls are defiantly worth a try and their salads are very tasty.

Coffee was ok. The flapjack and sausage roll were very, very good!

Good coffee and ambience. Desserts suit for a person with a huge sweet tooth.

We ate here on Saturday eve and first of all I have to say the staff were amazing and the restaurant is very nice but the food was extremely disappointing.
We had taken the time to look on line at the menu which was very impressive and our main reason for booking but on arrival it was completely different and very basic
(on line menu had main dishes of cod cheek or oxtail compared to chicken burger or ham egg and chips!) this is not the kind of food I would chose to go out to eat so I ended up ordering two starters both of which were a bit lack luster.
My husbands ham was served cold and was clearly bought in vac packed. we will not be returning.

Had a great evening at Roots for a friend's birthday. Fantastic service, especially with such a big crowd! Food was some of the best in Norwich and had no issue catering with a strict gluten free coeliac like me. 5 stars to the staff!

Amazing Valentine's menu food is always incredible in Roots! Love the fact it's local produce. Friendly staff. Always a fantastic place to eat!

I've eaten here previously and it was great but now it's seriously gone downhill. We ordered ham, egg and chips each and a soup. The chips were overcooked on the outside and raw in the middle. The pea soup was freezing and had a huge amount of oil on top. I left most of mine and all of the soup. £30 for the privilege as well! Won't be returning.

Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. I recommend the sausage rolls and the hazelnut latte was perfect. Just what the doctor ordered on a wet and cold Wednesday. Thank you!

Went last Valentines for a superb meal, returned this evening with high expectations which were met and exceeded in every way. I can't rave enough about this place - they are outstanding and have given us our first tradition as a family.

A bad start to our weekend away, I would not recommend.
