Had a very nice meal for the family, brought back some memories of myself working at pow road for 12 years backn in the day lol
The staff were really friendly and I can’t fault the service. The decor is really nice but the toilets were in need of a good clean.
Food came promptly but my wife’s burger was cold as were our fries. We took them back to the counter and the young lady was very polite and apologetic and fixed the problem. Would come back purely based on the great service from the staff.
Used the drive thru and I couldn't see what I usually order on the brief menu you get shown at drive thru (why?). The lady was very patient while I figured out my order using the app. I should have ordered on the app for collection with hindsight but at least I wasn't being rushed by the lady working the counter.
Fast and friendly service. Piping hot food with zero quality complaints. Toilets were not the best but hey ho.
Quite literally ordered my food and 1min 47 seconds later I had a my meal (had a variety bucket and some other bits)
Great kfc lovely food clean new looking modern restaurant unfortunately on this visit I used the toilets and not impressed 1 toilet blocked toilet roll all over floor and hand dryer didn't work but can't fault rest was all ok
Quick service, food 10 times better than Salhouse KFC. Chips still a bit meh …
Drive through experience at 2100 ish was very good. Much much better than 6 months ago
OK kind of food but the best when your hungry and need a long drink of watermelon and lime
Good food but dodgy signage. Someone there has a sense of humour at least.....or is it true.
Some reason and not just here but 60% of the time you get untoasted wraps! U know it
We took our little boy for a late dinner and food was what you'd expect for KFC 🍗 all good and he had a lovely time babbling at staff and playing. He really wanted to help with the sweeping! Thank you
Went to drive through, which was fairly busy, but moving smoothly. The lady who took my order was certainly patient as I was a bit indecisive, and the American lady who handed over the food at the other window was really nice too.
Food was good quality as usual. Will definitely be coming again.
The floor was greasy but the food was reasonable- as expected. Ordered on the self service to be brought to our table but something didn't work properly and waited a while before someone told us they were calling our order at the counter.
Have been here before. Thought I would have a few fries and a drink whilst waiting for my bus.
