Stopped using Papa Johns 2 years ago due to tracker/delivery issues. Thought we'd give them another try. What a mistake!!!! Quality gone downhill drastically. Same old tracker "delivered" when it's nowhere near. After an hour of waiting and 2 phone calls,order turns up stone cold. £38 wasted!!!!

Delivery driver updated the tracker to say "delievered" 20 minutes before the pizza actually arrives so they can pretend it didn't take over an hour to deliver …
