really expensive but the flavours they do for tea, coffee and hot chocolate the range is incredible they also have testers set up so you can try diffrent flavours, the raspberry ripple hot chocolate tastes like the icecream but has a stronger nicer flavour and it also turns out you can use the hot chocolate flavours to make milkshake as well. This place is definitely worth a visit, you can get these flavours on amazon but its more expensive on amazon then going into the shop. You can buy kettles and tea dispensers etc in here as well as flavours

Excellent little tea shop in the heart of Norwich. The staff is friendly and efficient. The tea and coffee selection is fantastic! Never had a bad product from here. Prices are high but reasonable for the quality.
The best thing about this shop is their hot chocolates, I haven't had a single one that I don't like!

Several times I've been in now and never had an unpleasant experience. Apart from the usual customer service, can I help you with anything, which realistically I expect with every customer service experience these days regardless of if I'm just browsing or not, I have no complaints. When I do need help, the staff are knowledgeable and know which items they stock and don't, and offer expert advice and experience. All round just a relaxed, professional and pleasant place to shop.
What makes Whittard stand out is their staff. Every person I've come across here has been helpful, polite, and just generally displayed an enthusiasm for their products. They come across as knowledgeable, and all seem happy and confident enough to make personal recommendations.
It's always worth popping in from time to time in order to see what they've got brewing that you can have a taste of. I've tried a number of different (and delicious) hot chocolates in the past. They also stock some lovely gift ideas for tea and coffee lovers alike.
Not the the cheapest place, but the quality of their products are amazing, especially the hot chocolate and instant teas. The staff are very knowledgeable on their products and friendly. Can't always afford to buy from their shop, but on the rare occasion I do buy from there, they never disappoint.
