I have eaten at many fish and chips shops/ restaurants..this is a great place and even better food. I can highly recommend to anyone.
Really excellent haddock and chips. The batter is light and not oily and the fish was really good. Wider range of fish than other fish & chips places and can be fried or baked.

There is a wide variety of fish on offer, swordfish, oysters, scallops and more alongside traditional haddock and cod.
The chips are actually cook beef dripping which gives them a very distinctive taste.

I tried several fish&chips and I thought I never liked it, then I heard that one of the best F&C in the region was at the Cods and Scallops. I thought I'd give it a try and it was indeed delicious.
