Good food, friendly service, but you pay more than your standard pub meal. Good options to vary your choice. The table next to the main entrance didn't have a fully closed screen, so it was a bit draughty. Better for special occasions. Toilets had paper on the floor. So could've been cleaner, but not horrendous.

A Delicious Evening at Miller & Carter This place hit the spot! The food was all around excellent. We were served by Sally and she was extremely professional and helpful. The steaks were cooked perfectly and generous in size. The starters were delightful, especially the chicken and prawns. They were bursting with flavor and a great way to begin the meal. But the night didn't end there! The desserts were fantastic. They were the perfect ending to a delicious meal. And to wash it all down, the drinks menu offered a great selection. The beer was cold and refreshing, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. Overall, Miller & Carter Wollaton provided a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning food. I had my 21st dinner here and ordered the butcher block chef recommended. The quality was incredible, I will be ordering again. Our server Aneta was amazing, polite and prompt. Miller & Carter is one of our go too restaurants as we can always guarantee excellence. Thank you for making my birthday special!

We went for the signature platter which was incredible but Marco was the best host I have ever had here at Miller and Carter. He made myself and my friends experience here tonight lovely. So friendly,chatty, professional, and just all around lovely. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Marco for making my birthday the perfect evening out☺️.

I have been here a few times now and, although we did have one fairly poor experience, the general standard has been excellent. Love the décor and low lighting, it’s the perfect place for a date night. Standard of food is always very good and the set menu has a good choice of food. Overall, the waiting staff are very attentive and food came very quickly. Not a massive steak fan, but the steaks are very good.

Visited here for Sunday lunch and was swiftly shown to a table despite not booking. The two course menu was really good value. I enjoyed the cauliflower wings (which I wouldn’t normally order but felt right before a big slab of meat). They were well cooked, very crispy and the dipping sauce was a great accompaniment. The cheesy mushrooms were exactly as expected. We had a fillet steak and ribeye for a little extra, which was worth it as both were cooked to perfection. Onion loaf wasn’t quite as crispy as I’ve had previously but still tasty. Chips and wedge salad both good. Washed down with a bottle of the Malbec which was superb. Service was bob on, very friendly and professional.

Arrived a little late but it was not a problem and was seated promptly, our server Myles was very polite, kind and shared a couple of memories of his work over Halloween & Xmas. Myles made our evening special as it was our first official date & having excellent service with a genuine smile goes along way! Definitely a credit to any employer and would return because of this and obviously the lovely food .
