Lovely dog friendly pub with a modern interior and plenty of seating. The outdoor area has recently been revamped and is a nice place to sit in summer. We were pleasantly surprised at the affordable cost of 2 alcoholic drinks, after a visit at another pub which was extautionate. Will visit next time
Beautiful plentiful food. Mixed grill was cooked perfectly and along with peppercorn sauce was great. Our waitress Abbie was very polite and looked after us well. Great value and worth another trip!

Grace was probably the nicest waitress we have had in a while- super helpful and smiley even though she was busy- fantastic! :) the food was amazing- the skewers were incredible as was the fajitas and the ultimate burger! Super reasonable and dog friendly :) will deffo come back!
Very welcoming, first class service, excellent food for the price. Will definitely use the Nurseryman more often for a nice meal for two in the week.
The staff here were so friendly and did their best to find us a table to eat at when we walked in late without booking.
The steak we had was cooked perfectly and the desserts were too. I would definitely eat here again.
The food was good, I had the fish and chips with mushy peas. I didn't realise mushy peas were so expensive you could only have a a spoonful though, whereas my brother had a ladle full of garden peas with his. Our wives meals were also both good.
The service was very good and he atmosphere was fine.
Just visited for drinks and to catch up with friends. Bar was busy but able to get a table and enjoy drinks. Drinks are reasonably priced. Large car park with ample parking. No loud music so nice atmosphere and easy to talk and catch up with people.
