Absolutely love this pub. The staff are lovely and friendly. Their service is second to none. The regulars are warm and welcoming. I've made a few great pals. Having recently opened up their kitchen, I've sampled the breaded Brie wedges, delicious 😋. I'm not particularly a burger fan, however yester
Visiting my sister at uni and was recommended this place. Didn’t disappoint. Fantastic food menu, really good huge selection of locally brewed beers, Nene Valley, Black Iris, Salt Brewery etc, vibe was so lovely. Fab place!

Not many pubs left open in Basford but this important long standing boozer maintains high standards. Good ales, well run and welcoming. Quality.
This is an excellent pub, just like they used to be, with no frills. Beer was superb, staff friendly too. A short walk from Basford Tram Stop. Sells the Shipstones Beer Range at very reasonable prices.
