Nice Bright airy place, prices are very good and a nice range of goods and ranges. The only issue one has and with the recent health scare was the lack of allergy information and availability of such information when busy. When o e did ask was told to wait as staff did not know and would fetch a book, as serving and could not leave counter. After 15 min decided to leave the purchase this time as could not wait. As purchase it for me could not risk it. Would have helped if they had a colour scheme on labels for sandwiches. When buying for self doubt friendly staff, the place well presented and worth a visit. If you have an allergy add extra time for purchase. Disabled access was very good and the place has enough space for ease of access and movement.

First time I have used this coffee shop, have visited 2 bad coffee shops recently so was very pleased to find yours. Great coffee and pastry Super Clean restaurant Excellent manager who knew exactly what all of the staff was doing and kept them motivated. Will visit again, and have already recommended. Wish we had a prete in Loughborough. I visited on Sunday 19th November. Thank you

Lots of choice of food. I had the Teriyaki Salmon and really enjoyed it. Plenty of seating inside and out. The staff are friendly and quick. It isn't the cheapest place but it's central and it's clean.

I love a pret lunch, the sandwiches are always fresh, the hot food is a little different to what that you get in most cafes and their coffee is delicious, this is a smaller cafe but still has d room for seating and rest rooms

Good coffee, however less than enthusiastic service. The decor didn't create much of an atmosphere that made you want to spend any time in.
