The best Sunday dinner I have ever had in a pub. The nut roast is to die for � and the staff are really friendly and nice, and they have a good selection of ales and beer! Great place �
Really nice friendly feel to the place, the staff were lovely too especially the lady that bought us our food. I ordered the pie and it was delicious, and the gravy was the best ever! Will be back with friends :)
An amazing pub with new owners, been here a few times over the last week and the beer is great and an awesome pub feel right at home and dogs are allowed. We came to watch the rugby and some football games we will definitely be back again.
Under new management which is welcomed. Great location and a really old interesting pub filled with history.
Service and cleanliness was great. As was the pizza which is cooked in a pizza oven... and it shows !
Shows live sports on multiple screens too.
The new management moved in on Wednesday 20th September. Opened on Thursday. Grand opening today. What a team. Friendly, professional and quickly sorting out any teething problems. If they can do this on day 3 ,I can't wait to get back there. It's only going to get better and better.
Did I mention, free pizza, yummy 😋.

Warm welcome from busy, personable bar staff, so refreshing to be acknowledged when you enter a busy pub.
Still has previous cosy atmos & good outdoor seating area.
We had a late lunch & drinky on Friday afternoon & the 2 pizzas & 1 chips were fresh, tasty & of generous proportions.
The conscientous chef came out to us for feedback & gave us a pizza box so we cd take our uneaten slices home, which was a nice touch.
Another chap, Chris, (landlord?) also had a chat with us about their plans.
Overall, we found it a great experience & very female friendly. Than-q team!

Came here when I had 2 hours to kill, Monday 8th. 12 oclock Very friendly greeting from the bar staff. Had a 'mighty meaty' pizza which was absolutely gorgeous ! I don't normally choose pizzas when eating out but I'm glad I did this time. Couldn't see/taste any 'burnt ends' as advertised but it didn't really matter - I'd still order it again ! Many thanks
The food is amazing, we've had the Sunday roast with unlimited gravy and yorkies, starters and the. Loaded burger. Best quality meats, perfectly seasoned and fresh. Staff are always welcoming and chatty. This is now one of our regular Sunday stops, well worth your time, checking this place out.
Fair to say this large Nottingham pub has had its problems; large maintenance bills, unsettled managers etc. In spite of all this, the Fellows keeps bouncing back!!! Good honest food and a large range of drinks makes popping in worthwhile. Nice atmospheric boozer with friendly staff. Enjoy. M

Visited yesterday for my 2nd time, considering I'm local can't believe not been before!! Is on my list now of fave pubs so I can work my way through the delicious menu 😋 had the angry hash burger was rather good (last time fish & chips, equally good) thanks to a great team too 👌 keep up the good work! 🌟
