We Always go here before Forest games. Always a massive queue, but it doesn't take long to get to the front as they work really hard to get the people served....so don't let the queue put you off...........Always a decent serving of fresh cut chips.
Went here for a away game. Fantastic food at good prices worth every penny.

What you probably didn't know, Bridgeford Fish Bar have there Fish Delivered daily SEA FRESH never frozen.
Loved the fish, nice and Flaky not chewy like most, lovely light crispy batter. George's Tradition ain't got nothing on Bridgeford Fish Bar.

I love this place. Live in Lincoln but go to Nottingham for football. ALWAYS go before a match and have done for over 30 years. Only place I ever get fish and chips. Food fantastic and staff are lovely. Very highly recommended

Went to the restaurant section on a football match day. The queue was well organised and we didn't have to wait long. Excellent meal and good service. Pleasing to note how dry and fresh the chips were.
As a regular to this excellent chip shop I just felt it necessary after having my usual large fish chips & peas to share with everyone how superb the food is, always to high standard lovely fish. Thanks & the staff are great too! Support your chippys there can’t be one better!

I don't eat Doner Kebabs and Fish & Chips on a regular basis but when I do get the craving this is my go to place. The food never fails to please and the staff and owner are always pleasant and welcoming. The fish is always fresh and served with a crispy batter and comes with a copious quantity of exceptional chips. However their Doner is the best I've eaten in Nottingham served with a good selection of salad in a perfectly grilled pitta. Doner perfection!
Just had a delivery to gamston. Food arrived fast for a Friday night. The food was hot and very enjoyable. Brilliant value for money..our drink was missing from the order. However the delivery driver was extremely friendly and insisted he would come back even though we said not to worry. We will definitely be ordering again.
I've been going here before Forest games for over 20 years. They have a spacious room at the back to sit in but it fills up quickly. Most people are getting takeaway and they do all the food you'd expect. Excellent fish and chips and fantastic chicken kebab meat and chips too. Oh and quality mushy peas. What a place.
Just popped in and the chips here are amazing the mini fish and chips I had for 2.99 am not even gonna lie is the best fish and chips I've had all year. Friendly guy behind the counter clean well kept shop and very well priced considering how close it is to the forest ground. I don't leave reviews often but credit where credit is due.
Phoned ahead on a Saturday evening and ordered two small fish, large chips and mushy peas. Drove to collect. Food was already prepared. Friendly banter (whilst waiting behind another customer) which was nice to see given the current state of the world at the moment! The fish was beautiful, perfect size for one and it flaked away with the fork and the chips were perfectly cooked. Only cost £10.40 which was a bargain. Social distancing in place and everyone wore masks. It’s our local chippy and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This is a great fish and chip shop we went here at the weekend for fish and chips.. Great staff great food highly recommended!

This place is amazing and the food is massive for a small price. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant part of the fish and chip shop was very tasteful for the surrounding area. 6 out of 5 stars it was that good.
Been coming to this chip shop for years. Friendly staff, top notch food and reasonable prices! I would suggest you come here first if you have the option, as you won't be disappointed. It even has a restaurant section if you have a group and you want to sit down.
