Just finished an awesome BBQ pork, noodle & spring roll lunch at Victoria Centre clock tower food market! Would highly recommend to anyone � will be booking in for cooking lessons next!

Awesome vegan cooking class. I had such a good time, the hosts were very kind and knowledgeable, and I'm very pleased to have learned to cook these delicious dishes. Very good value for money, lovely venue, super well organised. I learned a lot about Vietnam also, which was very much appreciated in advance of my trip next month. Can't wait to go! :)
My husband and I attended the Saturday class and we had such a wonderful time! Not only did we learn to cook two high quality Vietnamese meals, we learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture and language. The session finished with a tea ceremony, which was a great learning experience and incredibly calming. The staff were absolutely lovely! Afterwards they sent the recipes we cooked to us along with an additional one, which I'll be recreating for my husband's sister as she gifted the class to us!
For me, Vietnamese cuisine is my favourite. It was such a pleasure to learn more about the food and culture of Vietnam.

A great evening out. Staff were very helpful, other students were wonderful and will henceforth reconnect at some point based on our evening together. My first time cooking anything really, and now I have a great foundation in cooking and Asian food.
Went to the Saturday cooking class and have to say it was incredible! The staff were so attentive and patient. The food was delicious and they even sent out the recipes afterwards. They adapted everything for dietary requirements and everyone got one to one attention throughout. Was lovely to hear about Vietnamese culture from the staff and take part in a tea ceremony. Could not recommend enough!
We had a wonderful time at the Saturday cooking class at Vietcentric and couldn't recommend it enough - the team were super attentive and welcoming, all aspects of the class were very well organised and paced and dietary restrictions were well catered for. We particularly loved the calming tea ceremony as a way of learning more about Vietnamese culture and traditions. We're looking forward to recreating the tasty dishes at home!
I attended the cooking classes with a group of friends and we really enjoyed the experience. The instructions were perfectly given and our food was very tasty. I highly recommend to participate if you want to learn Vietnamese culture and food.
We had a great time at the cooking class, and made some delicious dishes, plus recipes to take home. Staff were lovely and the cultural information was interesting and a nice addition. 5 stars for the day, given 4 because the booking process was quite difficult and took a while to redeem our gift vouchers

I enjoyed the class very much. It was well planned and organised.
People there were friendly and explained everything evey well.
The food we cooked were very delicious, too.
The only thing they could change was… I thought the talk about Vietnam was a touch too long.
My 9 yr old son and I had a great time at the cooking class, the staff were friendly to him and did a good job of helping when he needed it without taking over. The food was delicious.
