Five stars for both of the ladies I met tonight (01.12.18) and their customer service. But I cannot give starts for the size of the meal for the price!!

I've never had a bad experience at Subway. The staff are always smiling and the food is always delicious. Price is reasonable too. There's no wheelchair access on Hounds Gate.
It's very nice but quite small with limited seating but has a is in a perfect quite location just make sure you dont go near lunch time and you should be good.
Staff are always very polite. Can get very busy at lunchtime in the week. Food is, well, the same as any Subway, which is fine.
Lovely polite staff but the tables could have been cleaner, not surprising really as ther was only one member of staff and you can't see and clean tables
Can be slow and waiting for a while sometime but the quality of service is looked after and staff are polite . Lunch time rush is something they need to work on . But would still recommend
This subway serves sandwiches with Halal meat so that's fantastic but can't say much about the staff they didn't seem friendly at all almost rolled their eyes over when I came to order like not interested at all to serve, anyways the sandwiches seemed fresh.
Always tastes fresh and a good variety of things on the menu. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices.
Cheap food. Made the way you want. Pretty decent service thought they could smile more and make it out that they at least somewhat happy to be there.
I love subway, the salads and sandwiches are always full and tasty and the service is really quick, I have a sub card too to rack up points which means I often earn a free sandwich which is great
The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly I have been to a number of subway establishment but this is far the best
