This pub is run by a true diamond and her staff are brilliant x really accomodating x clean toilets which is hard to find in pubs these days x they cater for all walks of life and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough xx fantastic prices nice people x
Great place, locals are friendly, staff are friendly, whether you go into bar, lounge or the great beer garden area that Kath sets up events on.
Micky Carr does a great Open Mic session, so pop along and enjoy the place AND let Micky Carr and the singers entertain you.
Hired the lounge out for a 50th Birthday party, staff were great everyone was served quickly and were quick to deal with any requests we had. We all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend hiring out for a function in the future. All communications for the party in the weeks running up to the date was dealt with with quick replies.

Didn't have food but the service ,staff and the people that go in there has a great atmosphere, the landlady is brilliant, always got a smile on her face, prices are good ,plenty of parking ,clean and tidy ,,can't fault the place
Nice place to visit, good selection of beers and friendly bar staff. The entertainment was excellent Ska Man, all the ska classics. Ample outdoor seating

Had a private party there for my husband's retirement and the atmosphere and the food was very good

Nice atmosphere, very reasonable prices, varying degrees of talent for the karaoke but all very entertaining!
