This cafe Nero just in front of the new Broad Marsh bus, coach station and car park in Nottingham is the ideal place to sit down and relax in the city center. I had s double macchiato and it was perfect. Staff is very friendly.

A lovely place to sit and watch the world pass by. Pleasant staff. Only one cubicled toilet for the whole coffee house. A big drawback. Which makes this the worst coffee shop I've ever visited. Handy for the bus and train station.

A nice clean coffee shop, that’s really close to the train station. Quite spacious inside, although it could do with a few more tables and chairs that sit 4 people. Staff are nice and friendly, and offer table service if you have food heated up. Not too expensive considering it’s location.

Nice spacious Caffè Nero with a good variety of seating options for parties of all sizes and for those who like a particular chair. Personally I’m a fan of the story telling armchair by the window with a view of the pedestrian crossing for some people watching. Staff friendly. Coffee good of course. Had a sausage ciabatta today. Not usually a fan of sausage but this really nice, with the crispy contrast of the toasted ciabatta roll. And Christmas fare is out. Their mince pies are always highly recommended!

Excellent atmosphere here, families, solitary laptop workers, couples, friends. No matter who you were or where you were going, everyone was welcome for a coffee.

Don’t come in here often but it is very convenient for the train station. Very nice decor, great for people watching. I had a mocha which was very good and compares favourably with Costa. Most mochas are too sweet for me and many coffee places don’t quite get the balance of sweetness from the chocolate and bitterness from the coffee, right, Nero does. The guy who served me, (young, bald, beard, but no name badge), was incredibly friendly. Nice place to kill a bit of time before or after catching a train.

Great Coffee and the delicious pastries. Use the app to earn free stuff quickly. Has a good size bright and welcoming internal space and views out over the newest part of the regenerated city, with a new multi-storey car park and the demolished Broadmarsh (work in progress but it already looks better…) 2 minutes to the bus station (in the car park) and the train station.

It's a coffee shop. Not as much of an refugee hang out as the Milton Street branch. Pleasant.

Despite a queue I was served really quickly. The two guys serving were really friendly and bounced off each other well. They were both really attentive and friendly. A really nice experience.
