Mcdonald's - Nottingham

After previous bad experiences at this location, our latest Drive Through visit was a much better experience. Got home and the standard of the items we ordered were the best we've ever had. The food felt fresh and the temperature was hot as it should be. Other times I have to place in the microwave

Got caught in bad storm had to pull over as driving conditions were so bad. The staff were ever so friendly, helpful, had a burger and cheese dippers, sadly no banana milkshake. Quick service. Good food.

The restaurant is clean and is not crowded. The are ample parking space. The manager is very friendly.

It was an unplanned trip, great burgers as usual. The highlight and exciting part is, one of the McD team came to the table and checked is everything good and she almost visited every table and checked, first time in McD or any fast foods. A really nice lady member of staff her name was Christine couldn't do enough for us. She is a model member of staff to be highly commended very polite and professional.

Very impressed with this Maccies. Hot fresh food, friendly professional staff & serviettes provided without having to ask. Definitely recommend a visit here.

Always get good service here. The staff is lovely, especially Emma on the floor and Dan in the kitchen. The McDonald's at Junction Road is a nightmare, but this one on the A45 is totally the opposite. Always a pleasant trip

Clean but very slow service. Very busy so I cannot be critical. Will go again

Impossible to eat pancakes with cardboard knife and fork, McDonald's need to come up with a solution to one use utensils that is also fit fir purpose.
