10/10. really lovely Starbucks staff here. genuinely polite and helpful
Popped in here today for a much needed cuppa with family. Convenient from the train station. The lady that served us was lovely. Happy and cheerful, service with a smile. Had a bit of a wait, but didn't mind as they were busy. Spotlessly clean inside shop but toilets need more checks for cleanliness. They obviously get used loads. No window. Could do with air fresheners and change of air. That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and refreshments.
I'm writing this as a cautionary tale. During my visit, my phone got stolen by two men who distracted my partner and I by asking where a football stadium on a magazine they were holding was. By the time they had bolted out of the store, I realised too late that my phone was gone. While the staff were really lovely, kind and tried to reassure me that there was a chance my phone would be found, I knew it was gone. After speaking to the police, I realised there is a reason why these petty thefts keep happening: because they know they can get away with it.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, make sure you hold onto your phone when you respond to these sorts of people (Or get some form of warranty for your phone like Apple Care).
Stopped in mid train journey and staff there were brilliantly helpful in answering allergen questions for one of the new spring drinks where I couldn't find the allergen information online and making sure I still made my train. Service was quick and friendly and I couldn't recommend this starbucks more for its customer service.

Wanted something hot whilst waiting for my train. Picked something at random from the suggested list. Totally worth it. Staff are lovely, place is warm and clean, coffee is delicious
This is so much cleaner, tidier and much more welcoming than the establishment that was here before. Very convenient for the station for either a takeaway before you board the train or to meet someone after your journey. We sat in and enjoyed a coffee in a real porcelain mug, as opposed to mh usual dash for a takeaway mug. Table wasn't that clean but on asking the staff wiped it cleaner.
I always find Starbucks a bit pricey but the service is extremely friendly and the products good.
Friendly staff, plenty of seating, bright and airy conveniently close to the station. They're often quite busy and the tables do pile up with stuff at peak hours.
