City centre McDonald's which has recently been refurbished and updated. Prompt service and reasonable food quality. Have recently revisited and food quality was good. Fries and Big Mac were warm and tasty. Served very quickly with a very short wait. Can get busy at ordering area having to queue to use touchscreens to order so recommend using the app.

Your simple every day McDonald's restaurant. The service was quick - you could see that they had precooked, which is a good thing as it reduces waiting time. Overall it was clean and plenty of seating upstairs - you can use the lift if you struggle or are unable to use the stairs. Downstairs was closed on visit so cannot review. Glad the iPads were gone too - no need for them!

Honestly, it's pretty good for a city center mcdonald's. Food was nice and hot restaurant is clean. Staff did look a little depressed

Had the worst panic attack of my life in here, (nothing to do with the service just my mental health) and Rachel alongside other members of staff were incredible. So approachable and lovely. The best service I’ve ever received and I wasn’t there for long. Thank you all ❤️

I've been this morning to have a breakfast with my daughter and I was very disappointed about what I got to eat ,but I ask to be charged because properly I couldn't eat it.First 2 pictures are with the burns cobs and dry meat the second 2 pictures are the good ones.

Staff lovely, not enough of them! The amount of people leaving their empty food containers on the tables So Lazy!

All the staff (regardless of role) are very polite and friendly. Food and drink is often ready without too much of a wait. There's a decent amount of seating upstairs and a reasonable amount downstairs with a disabled toilet downstairs and a toilet block upstairs. It's usually kept very clean and tidy. It's also usually the quietest of the McDonald's in the area.
