Unlike a lot of McDonald’s, this branch doesn’t struggle to deal with the increase in orders now we all use the terminals to select and pay. Order came fast and there is plenty of seating, both indoor and out. The wireless charging points aren’t working though.

Stopped off late in the evening to use an offer on the McDonald's App for the new McPlant burger. Checked in and order arrived within 5 minutes. Burger was warm, but just lacked taste. Not a fan of it, but couldn't fault the speed service. Toliets were clean.

The order machine wasn't printing tickets so I asked the young assistant to help. She was everso good and sorted out our order number. Shame she wasn't wearing a name badge to give credit.

Went here on Wednesday 2/8/2023 and as, I was waiting for my order with my grandsons pram one of the female workers asked if I wanted to go and sit down and she would collect my order and bring it to us. Visited this restaurant today. I found the staff taking orders to be sure helpful, though initially unsure if she could put my request forward to those serving she did put my request to what appeared to be the manager on shift. He was happy to fulfill my request without hesitation. My meal included

Beautiful unit, good customer service, but the tables are not clean as offen as should be.

Very clean establishment and staff are super friendly, manage difficult customers effectively and are very efficient in service delivery.

Cleansest Maccies I have ever been in, which considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon is really quite impressive.
