Used just eat app and ordered our takeaway took about 40 mins and tasted better than the greasy chicken we have had in the place when we have taken the kids so I would recommend the takeaway service.
I bought one of the juiciest Family bucket of 10 on Sunday. Nothing missing this time. Then later during this week I bought the promotional bucket of 20 via the App. Store Manager and serving crew member were exceptional when I encountered a little problem with the App. Keep it up.
The order machine is quite smooth. Not big and less seaters. So many orders to handle, not every to do the clean up.
Michelle is super friendly and helpful. She is a great asset to your team.

I came in and had a great meal. Nice fresh and hot. Omer was the manager on and was so friendly. He definitely needs a raise!
It was very fast as we ordered the meals through screen. The place was not busy as it was on a Friday. The only thing I dislike was the small portions of food!
Visited this Halal KFC last weekend, the car Park is busy as it is shared with a Tesco Express. It is 2 mins walk from Masjid Umar.
It was quiet, staff are behind a screen suggesting things get rowdy. Menu was at the back, a little difficult to see. Food received quickly and was fine.
Unfortunately, the seating area tables and floor don’t seem to be cleaned unless it gets busy. All of the tables had stains and food on them. I cleaned our tables with the hand wipes, spotted a box of half eaten chicken on the floor 🧐
When a few more people came in someone came and cleaned the other tables. Disappointing that people can’t chuck their own waste into one of the 2 bins.
Food is lovely, but the service is a bit slow.
Always very busy. Perhaps I visit this place when it's busy... I usually visit in evening.
I have also noticed staff here are not very friendly, they usually don't smile when talking. I mean it's not just the smile but they have a bit of strict(unsure if I've used the correct adjective) face.
I think the food is like any other KFC
