Placed an order with the app, 5 meals, roughly £48, all items were present and correct, food was a decent temperature. Service was a little slow today, despite not being obviously busy, but I'll take "correct and hot" over speed of service.

Love kfc did a 10 hour shift got home did abit of shopping absolutely shattered so went got the party bucket with the wife drove back home the chicken was shocking the skin was burnt the flesh was all dry like it had been standing on hot plates for hours was so shattered and disappointed was to tire

Used drive thru for basic single meal order and had to wait in car park for food to be prepared and brought out to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was still warm when I got home to a big plus from me. Will go again.

Nice KFC. Very clean restaurant. Fast service. Food is always hot and fresh. Better than the average KFC franchise.

Not been here in a while, but the food as well cooked and service was good.

I was greeted by the most welcoming young lady. I believe her name was Becky. she was quite slow but her delightful personality made up for it :) will be dining again. Thank you Becky and staff for making an old biddies day. Sincerely Mrs S

The Mapperley KFC is one of the better KFC's out there, the food is always fresh and hot and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's always clean inside you don't seem to have to spend ages waiting for your order like you do in some branches.
