Lively, wonderful ambience, delicious food, and friendly staff. I have only positive things to say about it. Bal took great care of us. Would highly recommend!

We had a family lunch, the south American menu offers plenty of options and there's a good selection for children too. The coffee was decent, service was good and it was a pleasant place, though the toilets need some attention.

Came in for food in the evening and were hosted by Bal who was absolutely amazing. He was very positive and attentive, a natural server. We had the Chicken Enchilada and the Chicken Fajitas and both were cooked to perfection and served hot and quickly. Drinks were served cold, quick and beautifully.
The food was great. After posting the 2* review below I had a call from the manager to say that they can see from the paperwork that it did happen, but it should not have as it's not their actual policy. They will investigate and refund the service charge.

Wonderful food, plenty of vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the 2for1 offer on cocktails and mocktails, the Berry Fizz was especially good.

Exciting menu and a lot of Latin American food and drink options, except for seafood. The shrimp Gambas was spicy and flavorful. We ordered multiple tapas that was well worth it! The service was attentive, but best of all was their great attention to allergies, which we are always concerned about.

Had a lovely meal with my friend there, cocktails and mocktails are 2for1 which is a bargain. They have a quite wide range of food on the menu, and the waiter who served us were very nice and friendly. Will definitely go again.
