Shad & Gavin were on duty when we arrived, we had a natter about work and football. We had two Flat whites,it was quite busy but these two ALWAYS have time to talk to you. Chelsea ( manager ) was there as well, we spoke to her for a few minutes. We had a good visit , really enjoyed it.👍

Exceptional service, very friendly. Quick order and cozy place to have a coffee. I definitely recommend.
Generally one of the better Costas I've been to. Staff are polite, drinks are hot and food in generally well prepared. Can be busy as most coffee places at rush hour and the points system is often down but this isn't the branches fault.
Lovely visit today to this Costa coffee shop conveniently located right across from NTU's Boots Library. Great staff -- a shout-out to staff member Eva Chanie, and to the manager on duty, Kim. Great cup of coffee -- very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
Was very surprised to discover that a place which specialises in making coffee has no idea how to do so. The staff don't seem to know the difference between any of the options on the menu, and will basically serve you a big cup of hot milk regardless of your order... the lady with short red hair is
