Kids love it. I didn't eat, but they said it was delicious. It's messy and busy, but okay for quick stop off for food. The ordering machines were all out of order when we were there, but friendly staff took the order, they were clearly run off their feet, so took a while, but they did their best.
The service is great! The guy who served me was amazing so friendly and nice. The manager was grumpy. I asked for a cup for some water and she got quite grumpy at me. The water tasted really bad tho anyway so it wasnt a big deal. The food is great as always.

The food is great, especially the churros, 100% recommend it! All the self-service machines aren't working, we have to wait for some time. While waiting, I recognised the hygiene of the staff isn't very good because I saw a staff member holding his phone talking to someone whilst making the tacos (or burritos I'm not sure). Although he was wearing the latex gloves, I guess it's pretty useless since his mobile phone could be unhygienic and contaminate the food he's making. The toilets are absolutely disgusting too, I've lost my appetite after seeing their toilets.
Overall, I recommend the food, but it's probably better to order take out and eat it somewhere else inside the Victoria centre.

Service was very slow even tho it wasn't very busy. They might have had a lot of online orders hence the wait was about 15 minutes. Food is always fresh and tasty for a low price.
I came here late at night and every other place on this very busy street was closed. Three were only like 6 people working and they were INCREDIBLE. My food was ready in a normal amount of time and they were handling people in the shop as well as deliveroo and whatever else they have to deal with. Staff were friendly, incredibly professional and I tried to tell the manager how great her shift were but I think she was too busy to really acknowledge it properly. It's almost Christmas and I don't think taco bell could ask for a better group of people to get them through the festive period. 10/10 for every single person working tonight

First ever taco bell. Was expecting more heat in the volcano burrito, but very tasty none the less. Churros included in meal, can't complain. Would recommend.
The food wasn't very warm. The price reflects food, really liked the fries. Loud music playing. Doesn't have an automatic door, it was a really cold day and every person that went in or out left the door open.
Food was cheap, tasty, filling and not that unhealthy either (450 cals in my burrito).
