I live in west bromwich and whe I visit my daughter I always have fish chips & curry sauce rom jims it's the best chippy I've been to in a very long time. Food is always red hot when you get it home. So tasty and fresh. Well done guys keep up the brilliant work.
Stopped off after hospital appointment, excellent fish and chips, large cod melted in your mouth absolutely beautiful, not greasy, batter was perfect, chips were spot on.
Local Chippy closed went to Jim's much better bigger portions had to eat my kebab in two sittings very nice.

Excellent fish n chips, good portion sizes, always busy, we often have the chicken and chips or salad in a tray, lots of choice, an all round brilliant chippy
The guys here strive to give you excellent crispy chips and battered foods, the service is usually quick and there is always a queue out of the door down the street.
Don't let the line fool you, it does move quickly. We travel past 2 other chip shops in the area to get to Jim's.
I love the food from here, it is one of the best takeaway places in Nuneaton.
My favorite is the Fish and Chips, but I have tried most of the menu. The portion sizes are generous and I rarely order extras, though if I do it has to be the battered mushrooms.
The staff are always a giggle and give the place a really nice relaxed atmosphere.
I find the prices for a takeaway to be reasonable as well.
I've been to a lot of chip shops and these guys have the best tasting by far. Every time I bring them home the family always comment on how nice the chips taste.
Like the option of buying fish bites instead of a full fish or mini fish.
Portion sizes are great too.

It has been said in the reviews here and I will agree - the best fish & chips in Nuneaton. Me and my parents have been coming here for years. Always busy (which is a good sign), always tasty large portions!
Quality of the food is always 100% excellent, good portions, quality of potatoes makes the chips taste so good.
Value is very important, so again they score high here too.
Finally, the service you receive is friendly and chatty if you want some light banter. The guys cooking the food recognise regulars with a friendly nod or hello, making you part of the family. All together the best chippy in the area, just ask around and you won't need my review.
May only be a humble local chippy, but Jim's is by far the best in the town. Food is always beautiful.
I've always been a firm believer that if people regularly que for a place then food must be good. Jim's always has a que coming out the door and up the street.

The best fish and chips you can find in the whole of Nuneaton. Fish cake is superb. Chicken tikka will have u queuing every single day for a bite. I even sleep dreaming of their food. Smile. Love Jim's

Super Fish Chip and Pea special for £5.10, good VFM and cooked lovely. Server was a bit miserable though and matter of fact even though shop was empty passing the time of day wasnt her pay scale i think lol..
