I know it's a Greggs, but some of the staff make it feel like home. The service is always with a smile and a lady called Claire always goes above and beyond what's expected, thanks again.
Greggs is great - gives you an old school, no nonsense sandwich, pastry or cake at a reasonable price. Good meal deals and half decent coffee. Staff are efficient and generally friendly.
Steak bakes are my favourite good shopping experience but no disability access

I visit the oakengates shop most days in a morning, the staff are always happy and smiling, the food is always at a high standard. Got to be the best Gregg's in Telford by far for food and great staff

i went into greggs today and asked for some fresh food was served by zach, the staff supervisor. cooked it up instantly gave me a time and when i returned he ran the food out to me 10/10 service an asset to the team appreciate you massively zach thanks again
