A very delicious Sunday lunch! All 8 of us really enjoyed our Sunday roast ....the whole chicken for 2 was particularly good. Vegetables were delicious and cooked to perfection.
The service was great, and we'd definitely return if in the area!
Stopped by on the off chance for a bite to eat whilst out for a motorcycle ride in the beautiful surrounding countryside, we were met by the very friendly Belle who wandered over for a tickle under her chin and a tummy rub in the car park (Belle is the pub dog just in case you were wondering)

We have visited this pub for lunch on numerous occasions over the last 18 months and each time the meal has been excellent and the service always of a very high standard. The quality of the welcome and the quality of the food are of high quality and the prices are very good value.
Lovely old coach house. Immaculate bar and dining area. Patio are with car park. Lovely spacious room with large comfy bed and very comfy pillows. Powerful shower and nice smelling soaps . Tea and coffee making . tea bags ,sugar and coffee for those that don't like milk as there wasn't any? . Feel
We stayed for one night, food was delicious, good location near to Rutland water. Emma was a great host very welcoming and has a lovely dog Belle!
Stayed for 1 night had lovely evening in pub, food fantastic,Emma lovely host very friendly. Accommodation brilliant very cosy, lovely to meet Belle the pub dog so cute.
Just came back from celebrating our anniversary here. The food was absolutely perfect and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. However we realised after we left that we hadn’t left a well deserved tip!!! We feel awful, but will be back soon and promise to make up for it - so sorry!
Lovely pub with fantastic staff. Cask ales arguably served a little too cold, but otherwise a first-class place. Highly recommended.
Nice small cosy pub . Several rooms . Staff and services are outstanding and extremely helpful with any problems they'll bend over backwards to help with your stay or meal . Was there for the golf but Rutland water area is worth a visit

I was requested to play live in The Coach House this new years eve with my act Flying Solo. Booked a room with my son for the night and it couldn't of been nicer. Great staff, great food and a lovely comfortable room in the beautiful surroundings of Rutland. Would definitely recommend staying here.
My wife had booked us a room at the coach house for my birthday. We were greeted by a lovely young man who showed us to our room. We had a fantastic meal on the evening and equally amazing and tasty breakfast in the morning. We both said we will definitely stay again even if just to have the chicken
