Actually the nicest and fastest McDonald’s I’ve had. Didn’t have to wait in a bay, got my food fast (actually got to eat my McFlurry after my meal and no bay waiting), it was hot and crispy, got my order correct, and caramel sauce lined the whole of my McFlurry... bingo!! Ticked every box. Thank you to all the staff who worked 13th august at 2pm!
This place is only let down by the drive through experience at certain times, the cue is just too great for them to process in a reasonable time. It just seems to take an age to get from the ordering point to the collection point at times, and once your in the cue there is no getting out so make sure you have plenty of time.
Just called in for a Mcflurry on a very hot day. It was a bit melted. Apart from that everything else was good - air conditioning, staff helpfulness, parking seating, cleanliness etc
The staff have always been quick and attentive. I've never had any problems with my food. There was one time I ordered through the app but it had not gone through as the app had suddenly gone down but they were quick and friendly and sorted the situation in good time.

The staff aren't very pleasant I feel as if it's a chore to them to have to serve us. Very blunt through the drive thru speaker too. Had to wait 15 minute at the window only for them to get half my order wrong.
The guy who brought the food was really friendly and the only criticism was that the chips were slightly overcooked and one must have jumped out of the frying oven but other than that, it was really nice.
Cold chips ages to get coffee restaurant was quiet but Aircon was on making the place cold.
Shame such high expectations for Rutlands only macdonalds

Food fantastic. Service second to none couldn't help enough. Everywhere was clean. 100% to staff. Definitely visit again. When arrived it was extremely busy and still no faults. Excellent.
