Lovely Sunday lunch. Food great, service excellent, fair prices. Extra Yorkshire puddings and gravy are a great idea!
Dropped in for food . Used mypub app to order. I'm not good on using apps but did it easy. Food arrived quicker than it took me to load and fathom the app. Faultless food and service. Lovely staff..
Great pub and amazing tapas. Garden area is great for all the family. Fantastic summer time pub for the family and great food for date night 👍🏻
A pleasant meal, My guest was very pleased with the meal and service, they were attentive even though they were busy The meals were nicely presented and well cooked. When we visited there was live music outside which was very popular. A good place to take friends and family.
Been here today for the tenth time and I will be coming again. The food is de-lish-us and I had a three course meal, each course being as good as the next. Staff where extremely nice and couldn't help you enough. The price of food is a little expensive but the quality makes up for it. There is a var
Veggie Sunday lunch was excellent, piping hot and the mushroom wellington very tasty. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and excellent choice of real ales. I am sure that we will be back.
First time here. Food was really good. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. Will definitely be back. Thank you x
We only discovered this pub on our doorstep 2 days ago but we are back for food again. As a chef I can highly recommend the great quality dining and atmosphere. The service is so welcoming and on point. This will be our new local.
I recently visited The Queens Head in Ockbrook and it was a fantastic experience. The pub has a classic and traditional feel with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu at The Queens Head had a great selection of classic pub food with a modern twist. I ordered the
Enjoyed a well cooked Ribeye with a very peppery peppercorn sauce. My partner enjoyed a buttermilk veggie burger. We were served by Dale and Sammy T, both well presented and friendly.
We went for breakfast and were not dissapointed. Large garden area although we stayed inside to enjoy our food. Breakfast was enjoyed by all four of us, the coffee too was good. Full English, was quite full after. Would recommended to anyone looking for a quality breakfast. Would go again.
Lovely atmosphere, nice setting and welcoming staff. Interesting menu and food tasted delicious BUT such a shame that our 3 fish pies were only lukewarm ...a little concerning for a reheated seafood dish. They took them back and microwaved them warmer but still not piping hot. Would've been 5 stars
We visited during the soul Sunday, and although very busy, we enjoyed our visit. Decent inside and a large garden, fantastic if the weather us good.
Great cosy pub with a recently improved beer garden. There is a great selection of drinks to choose from and the food is really nice.
