What a beautiful place we sat by the river to eat our meal. So much choice on the menu I wanted it all . The food was delicious and the staff are very attentive and friendly. This is definitely my favourite pub in the area.
A fantastic location wonderful location. Great beer and food. Staff really helpful. Was a wonderful warm evening so everyone outdoors which was great but cars parked too close to where your eating and drinking. Buy that's only nit picking.
Fantastic food, friendly fast service . Lovely location by river but unfortunately it rained so we couldn't sit outside. Only negative was the parking. Very limited and you either reversed in or out. People sitting outside(in rain) were brushing against the cars to get to seating area.
Have stopped here on my travels by boat over the last five years, was always ok but a bit dated. This year we where wowed by the transformation into an a great riverside pub. As ever a complete delight. Loving the new decking that allows you to enjoy the sunset over the river. Great food, friendly and wonderful service. Always fun people to chat with. Alistair has created a superb environment for all
