Mcdonald's

We came here on Friday June 10th at 5:40pm specifically to let our toddler play in the playplace for the first time ever. The sign on the door says "play place open daily 9am-9pm". We specifically checked this before we ordered. After we ordered, we noticed the trashcan was placed in the way. Every employee basically just said "we don't know, probably closed". We finally just asked for a refund because we wouldn't eat at McDonald's otherwise. The "manager" or "shift leader" was embarrassingly tacky and unprofessional, and SUPER ANGRY that we wanted a refund. Definitely won't be back. We were the only customers in the building who were going to dine-in. All we wanted was for our toddlers FIRST MCDONALDS TRIP to be AWESOME. Be better, McDonalds. BE.BETTER. Nothing was happening with the play place EXCEPT that you've got lazy employees who don't want to deal with the play place. Get rid of them all together if that's how you choose to do business and get the sign off the door. That's the LEAST you could do! We would not have entered the business if the sign wasn't CLEARLY and BOLDLY posted that it was OPEN.

Please get the sprite machine fixed. I know it was down may 28 when I went and ordered a dr pepper instead. Tasted weird. Just came from there again today and ordered two sprites. Tasted awful. Had I not thrown them out I would of went back and got my money back, but judging from the comments, nothing would of been done about it anyway.

Asked for a plain Crispy sandwich, they misheard me so I corrected it when I payed, but at the next window, instead of making me a plain sandwich, they quickly took the pickles off a normal one and threw it back in the bag. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the plain one I ordered, but instead a soggy sandwich covered in stuff you don't want just taken off is not acceptable

Went thru the drive thru for an ice cream cone. Noticed a .50 increase in price since last time! Attendant was very hard to understand, due to his accent. Needed to speak louder. Cone was small for $2.16, & ice cream sort of melt, like machine needed to be at lower temp. Taste was yummy as always. Drive thru easy to maneuver, with 2 lanes available.
